The Congressional Soccer Match is a widely attended annual event held in Washington, D.C. that brings together Members of Congress, Hill staffers, athletes, embassies, corporations, and community leaders and organizations in support of one cause: using soccer to improve children’s lives on and off the pitch.

General admission tickets are free and open to the public.

Schedule of Events

3:00 p.m. – Gates Open

4:00 - 6:00 p.m. – Embassy Tournament
The night of festivities begins with the Embassy Tournament, featuring 16 embassy teams representing their countries in a mini-World Cup tournament.

6:00 - 7:00 p.m. – Congressional Staff vs Lobbyists Match
The second part of the evening features federal employees from both sides of the aisle competing against lobbyists on the Audi Field pitch.

7:00 - 9:30 p.m. – Congressional Soccer Match
The main event of the evening features Members of Congress, soccer and sports legends, special guests, and select corporate partners going head-to-head in a bipartisan match.
